MINIMUM HIRE TIME IS 4-HOURS (have to cover back and fort driving & mileage up to 2 hours).
MY ONLY POLICY:
I am honest with my work and, to earn a FIVE-STAR review, I do try and pack the best possible JOB, at the best possible TIME. Therefore, and this I MEAN IT, if I don’t get a FIVE-STAR review, it means my job was not satisfactory and therefore, I won’t work for you again so you have the chance to find a better cleaner than me.
Cleaning is a hard, laborious, scrapping, scrubbing, rinsing and again until it gets properly cleaned. Some products will help to get the job done, but you will still need a lot of time, muscle, attention and effort to do a correct house cleaning job.
I am fair, I am efficient with my job, I work non-stop, will go the extra mile if needed and, I will never try to make up time to increase paid hours. But some people will hire me for 4 hours, and will expect me to finish a job that can take up to 8 hours or more. So please just be fair too.
I bring all my equipment and supplies, but for your own safety and peace of mind, I do recommend using your own supplies and cleaning rags." (IF YOU LIVE IN AN APARTMENT UNIT, you must need to supply at least basic things such as: Dish soap, Toilet bowl cleaner, Glass cleaner and Paper towels. It is difficult for me to carry up so much stuff from my car on one single trip).
NO JOB IS THE SAME… so many variables like:
• Size of the place.
• How bad and dirty the place is.
• How much stuff will need to be moved around and then put it back.
• How deep, detailed and perfect is the job request etc.
All these things will dictate the time needed to clean a specific place.
Thus, in order for you to get a vague idea and calculate the amount of time needed to clean your place, I have put a list with a more or less averages on the time needed.
Also be aware that, if you also want windows, ceiling fans, blinds, covers, drawers etc. cleaned, it will add up overall time. And remember, my rate is per the hour, not per the job.
These are AVERAGES only, but it will give you a raw idea when calculating how long to clean your place could take. I have cleaned hundreds and hundreds of houses, so the times I am giving out, are very close ESTIMATES:
BATHROOMS: Average size. 2 hours. If it is really bad or has a lot of stuff to be moved around, then the average will be up to 3 hours. EXCEPTIONS: one time to clean a single bathroom, it took full 4 hours… it was so bad and therefore, almost like a transformation. You see… 4 hours job pay to have a bathroom transformation, was really worthy for the happy client.
KITCHENS: Can be a particular MONSTER because it will depend on how dirty, greasy, or whether the fridge and stove-oven also need to be cleaned. Therefore, if there is no stove-oven or fridge to be cleaned, average time will approximately be 2 hours. If stove-oven or fridge has to be cleaned, then add 1 extra hour each.
BEDROOMS: Average 1 hour each.
LIVING ROOM: Average: 1 hour.
(I am not including halls and laundry rooms which also will have to be cleaned)
WINDOWS ONLY: If all the windows are to be done in and out, tracks and screen removing. Depending on how many windows and the grade of difficulty for reaching them out, average time will be, half to a full day.
Specialties for:
MOVE IN - Have a Good Start... you will move in to a fresh deep cleaned house. If you move in without a proper cleaning, there will be extremely difficult to do a similar job and pretty much will take at least 3-4 times the amount of hours to make a similar job than when the place was empty.
MOVE OUT - Get your deposit back fully. Up until now, all my clients have gotten their deposit back fully.
SCHEDULING:
4 hour jobs needs to be started either 8am or 1pm since I will need to fit another client at either time. Full day jobs, obviously will start at 8am. Either way, my only PROMISE to you, is that I will deliver an honest job.
IMPORTANT: You can book me as many times on "as needed basis" but if you are looking for a "RECURRENT" cleaning like: Weekly - Bi-weekly etc., these are done (IF AVAILABLE) Monday through Friday only.
