Forest went into my garage, found a sheet of thick plywood, cut a piece to work with the studs and bracket, and then proceeded to paint it white to match my walls so it wouldn't be an eyesore. That took a little more time, but the install I got was immaculate and totally changed the character of my living room. As he was packing up, I mentioned a wall sconce I wanted hung in my stairwell too and Forest was more than happy to accommodate. So I got my TV mounted and my stairwell is no longer a danger to my guests at night! Forest was timely, explained my options to me in a way I could understand and billed fairly for his time.
